The app needed a UX overhaul across three very different surfaces, ride-hailing, school-transport and food-delivery, run by a small design team with no modern prototyping tooling. Every major change had to be validated before rollout rather than shipped on instinct across surfaces this different from each other.
Solution
Canvas Labs Partners led UX research and redesign across all three surfaces, ride-hailing, school-transport and food-delivery, and introduced Figma and Sketch to the design team, replacing ad hoc prototyping with a shared workflow the whole team could build from together.
Every major change was validated with quantitative research and A/B testing before it shipped, across all three surfaces the redesign touched. That discipline is what carried a UX overhaul this broad, spanning ride-hailing, school-transport and food-delivery, through to the results it produced within six months of rollout.
