Overview
A Sui blockchain-based token launch and trading platform needed live profit-and-loss computation for every trader, plus the operational tools to moderate a fast-moving platform of user-launched tokens, and raw on-chain events were not a usable data model for either. Canvas Labs Partners built a custom indexer, a live PnL engine, and a full moderation console on top of it.

Challenge
Raw on-chain events are not a usable data model. The platform needed live profit-and-loss computation for every trader, which meant turning a stream of blockchain events into per-wallet numbers in near-real time, plus the operational tools to moderate a fast-moving platform where tokens, live streams and conversations were all being created by users at scale.
Solution
Canvas Labs Partners built a custom indexer that syncs on-chain events from the Sui blockchain to a relational PostgreSQL database in near-real time, turning raw blockchain activity into a queryable data model the rest of the platform could build on. On top of that indexed history, a live PnL engine computes and tracks profit and loss per wallet, derived directly from each wallet's own indexed trade history.
A full admin console gives the operations team control over a platform where anyone can launch a token. It handles monitoring, banning, and managing streams, tokens and threaded conversations at scale, covering every part of the platform moderators need to act on from one place.
The platform also carries live video. HLS video streaming integration delivers scalable, low-latency live content alongside the trading surface, so a token's community can watch a stream and trade the same token in the same place, with the indexer and PnL engine keeping the numbers current underneath it.
Results & benefits
The platform now computes live profit and loss for every wallet, derived straight from indexed on-chain trade history rather than raw blockchain events nobody could read directly. The custom indexer keeps that history synced from the Sui blockchain in near-real time, so the PnL numbers traders see reflect what is actually happening on-chain as it happens. The operations team runs the platform through one full console that handles monitoring, banning, and managing streams, tokens and threaded conversations at scale, with HLS video streaming running alongside the trading surface rather than as a separate product.
