Canvas Labs Partners developed and scaled a global design system flexible enough to serve one exchange white-labeled and localized across dozens of national markets.

Challenge
Joining as the platform's first product designer meant building a design system from zero, with nothing existing yet to build on. The system had to be flexible enough to serve one insurance exchange that was being white-labeled and localized across dozens of national markets at once, not just one.
Solution
Canvas Labs Partners developed and scaled a global design system in Figma, built to support the full multi-market insurance exchange product rather than any single market's version of it. The same components had to hold up across every market the exchange was white-labeled and localized into, without forking into a separate system per market.
As the platform's first product designer, Canvas Labs Partners led a cross-functional team through iterative, user-centered design and agile delivery cycles, the discipline behind how 8 million customer applications now run on one unified system.
